For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard , American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Amounts due at time of surgery:

100% fee due: Single tooth extractions, consults and orthognathic consults
40% fee due: Biopies, Third molar extractions and all other surgical cases.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. To insure that your account be paid by your insurance company in a timely manner, we recommend that you contact your insurance carrier approximately two weeks after your appointment to verify that the claim is being processed. All claims are mailed the day the service is rendered. This will keep your account balance current. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
